Opening an account

The account, in plain terms.

Our entity, our terms, and how we buy. Documents and signatures go out the same day they are asked for.

The sequence

How a first order usually goes.

01

We agree the line

Which products we would carry and at what pricing. Usually one exchange by email.

02

We send your paperwork back

Resale certificate, EIN, W-9, and your dealer or MAP agreement signed, usually the same day.

04

We reorder what sells

We’d rather go deeper on the items that move than widen the assortment. If something isn’t working we’ll tell you, rather than discount our way out of it.

Pricing

Your price, held.

Online, the price on the listing is the advertised price. So your MAP policy isn’t paperwork to us. It’s where we sit.

We sign it before we buy

Your MAP or internet pricing policy comes back signed with the application. We’d rather be bound by it from the start.

No automatic repricing

We stay away from repricing software, so nothing we do will chase your price down overnight, and we won’t undercut your other authorized accounts.

We know who else is on the listing

Before we buy, we review every seller already on the listings we would carry, and we share what we find.

One email is enough to start.

[email protected] — read and answered by a person, usually within two business days.
