Short version: digital files arrive immediately, printed things go by post, and if something is wrong we fix it.
Sheets and other printable files are delivered by email link the moment the order completes. If the link does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder and then write to us — we will send the file directly.
Because a digital file cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not refund them as a matter of course. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what the page described, tell us and we will refund it. We would rather do that than argue about it.
Orders are packed in Leander, Texas and go by USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on size. We aim to post within two business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
We do not ship outside the United States at present. If you are elsewhere and want something, write to us and we will work out what it would cost.
Unused printed items can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Tell us first so we know to expect it. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is ours.
A book that has been drawn in cannot be returned.
Send a photograph to [email protected] and we will replace it. No need to send the damaged one back.
Original paintings and drawings are sold individually and are not returnable, as each one is unique. We will send dimensions, condition notes and additional photographs before you commit, and we would rather you asked every question first.
