Foxbristle is a brand of Copper Edit LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Leander, Texas. Orders are a contract between you and Copper Edit LLC.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. We try to keep the site accurate, but if something is listed at the wrong price or is out of stock we will tell you and refund you rather than quietly substitute something else.
When you buy a sheet or a download, you may print it as many times as you like for your own household, classroom or studio. You may not resell it, redistribute the file, or include it in anything you sell. Teachers and group leaders are welcome to print copies for their own students — that is what it is for. Write to us if you want to use something more widely and we will almost certainly say yes.
All text, drawings, photographs and designs on this site belong to Copper Edit LLC or to Mariana G. Buying a book or a sheet does not transfer those rights.
Drawings made by a child in one of our books belong to that child. We will never reproduce them without written permission from a parent or guardian.
Foxbristle Academy publishes teaching materials. It is not an accredited school and the sheets and books do not carry any qualification.
We stand behind what we sell and will put right anything that is wrong with it. Beyond the value of your order, our liability is limited as far as Texas law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
If we change these terms we will date the change here. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
