We collect the minimum we need to send you things and answer your email.
If you buy something: your name, email address, shipping address and the details of the order. Payment is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.
If you email us: your email address and whatever you write to us.
If you download a free sheet without ordering: nothing beyond standard server logs.
Fulfilling your order, answering your questions, and keeping the records a business is required to keep. If you ask us to tell you when a new sheet or book is ready, we use your email address for exactly that and nothing else.
We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone except the people who need them to get your order to you — our payment processor and the carrier. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Our books are made for children, but the buying is done by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.
The site uses only what is needed to run the shopping cart and remember your basket. No advertising trackers.
